Limited Space
2026 is our fifth year of Splash Camp. Our Core Team has returning and new leadership from collaborating churches.
Last year SEVEN churches attended, and we are praying for new registration goals early. We encourage you to register early to secure a core part of summer programming now!

Cost & What to Charge
Cost PER PERSON attending Splash Camp is $225. This is the Splash Camp price you pay to attend, NOT necessarily the price you need to charge individuals for camp.
Each church sets the price to charge for camp considering the addition of transportation costs, adult volunteer fees, and even budget dollars used to offset cost.
The fee of $225 covers lodging, meals, leadership, program fees, resources, & more once on campus.
(Transportation IS NOT included). -
Deposit & Contract
Splash Camp registration is limited to CHURCHES ONLY, not individuals.
CHURCHES REGISTER BY:
*Completing the Camp Contract on the Registration Form
*Paying the accompanying per person deposit online or by sending a check to SFBA within 10 days from registration.
Google forms will be created to upload individual church registration data that is handled at each church.
Payments for camp are made by your church by the payment schedule interval dates on the contract. The church collects individual camp payments for the price they set.

Refund Policy
PLEASE READ
*Changes made to numbers PRIOR to APRIL 15 are without penalty.
-Deposits are refunded for drops
-Spots added pre-Apr 1 need deposit
-Spots added after, Pay Deposit with Payment 1*ANY drops made to numbers AFTER April 15 and PRIOR to MAY 15, results in loss of Deposit & Payment 1. Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE for spots removed.
*AFTER June 1, churches are accountable for 100% of the cost of April 15 spots reserved to SFBA. Additions can be made if capacity is available.

Documents
Required documents and release forms will be sent by email to the church contact person by mid-late March.
Forms to include:
- Splash Camp Release Form
- Your Church Medical/Release Form
- Dietary Forms (online & on your form, if needed)
- Adult Abuse Course Certificates
- Background Check Cleared Names

Sponsor Info
Note: sponsor ratio of 1:8, so consider adult & transportation fees in final cost.
Sponsors attending are required to complete State of Texas mandated abuse trainings online for Forest Glen and verify background check has been performed at the local church.
Sponsors will be in lodging in rooms with campers from their church, and some scenarios may require kids from another local church as well. Make an effort to have men and women sponsors in your group.
